Orders may be cancelled by phone (877-TROG-WEAR) or email as long as it is done before the order is packaged. Refunds will be allowed 14 days after initial delivery and will be processed (minus shipping and handling charge) within 5 business days of receiving the product(s) back. Refunds should be requested via email.
